Tessa’s career has always centered on helping people and building strong relationships. Before launching Berte, she guided individuals through key life moments—a passion she now brings to connecting businesses with teams in meaningful ways.
With multiple bachelor’s degrees, Tessa has a well-rounded foundation for navigating the complexities of staffing and team building.
Splitting her time between the U.S. and South America, she embraces both cultures, bridging clients and teams to foster collaboration and success.
Outside of Berte, Tessa loves exploring nature, experiencing new cultures, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Samuel’s Role at Berte
Samuel Beracasa is an integral partner at Berte, offering a unique and invaluable perspective. As a native Latin American and Spanish speaker, his cultural insight helps foster strong connections and seamless collaboration between clients and teams.
With a background in electronic engineering, Samuel brings extensive experience in telecommunications and radio frequency. His technical expertise and cultural understanding make him essential in bridging diverse teams and delivering outstanding results.
